To provide our intermediation services effectively, we collect the following types of information:

Account & Registration Data:

For Customers: Name, phone number, email address, and basic profile details.

For Service Providers (Drivers): Name, phone number, registration details, vehicle information, and relevant verification documents.

Order & Service Data: Details regarding the requested transport service, pickup/drop-off locations, and information provided via the order form filled out by the customer.

Financial & Transaction Data:

Down payment (deposit) transactions paid by the customer to the service provider.

Invoices generated upon order completion and payment confirmation status.

Usage & Device Information: Information about how you interact with the app, device type, operating system, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:

Facilitating Services: Connecting customers looking for transport services with registered transport drivers.

Managing Orders & Offers: Enabling customers to submit requests, and allowing drivers to review requests and submit price offers.

Processing Financial Transactions: Managing down payments, issuing electronic invoices, and verifying order completion through secure closing codes.

App Improvement & Support: Providing technical support, resolving disputes, and enhancing user experience.

Communication: Sending updates regarding order status, price quotes, and completion confirmations.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
As an intermediary platform, we share necessary information to facilitate the requested services:

Between Customer and Service Provider: Order details are shared with available drivers. Contact details are shared between both parties once a price offer is accepted to coordinate delivery.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Note: We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Secure order completion codes are utilized to verify that services and payments are completed safely between customers and service providers.

5. Payments & Order Completion
Customers pay a deposit determined by the service provider to confirm order execution.

A final invoice is generated at the end of the trip, and the order is officially closed when the service provider enters the closing code and the customer confirms completion.

6. User Rights
You have the right to:

Access and update your personal information through your account settings in the app.

Request the deletion of your account and personal data (subject to legal or regulatory retention requirements for transaction history).
